Have you heard of/ seen the show Kazoops on CBeebies?
It’s all about a boy called Monty and his little pig friend Jimmy Jones (could you get a better name for a pig?) who use their imagination to get tasks done. It’s so fun and colourful and at under 10 mins holds attention really well.
If you’re already a fan (or new to the show) you’ll be pleased to hear new episodes are coming. They kick off on the 17th April (Easter Monday) at 4.20pm on CBeebies and there’s one every day that week!
We were lucky enough to get a sneak peek at the first new episode ‘Daydreaming Monty’ It’s all about how they are going to get a piano upstairs. Monty uses his imagination and comes up with lots of ideas like a yeti carrying it on his back, a magician making it disappear and reappear in the right room and even a shrink ray! Monty’s family are not as excited by the ideas and tells him to stop daydreaming and think of more practical ideas.
Each show contains a fun and catchy song and this one doesn’t disappoint.
In the end it turns out Monty’s daydream saves the day…well it helps them get the answer they needed anyway.
Pops really responds to shows with a musical element. With the bright colours and fun characters this show was a big hit. We’ve even downloaded some previous episodes on iPlayer!
