There are certain characters that as a parent you know all about, even if your little one doesn’t watch Peppa Pig i’m sure you know all about her.

These two toys are great educational Peppa Pig toys for 2 year olds, your little one will be able to have fun with a character they know and love and learn at the same time. Win – Win.

Peppa’s Smart Tablet –

peppa pig toys for 2 year olds . Bright colourful learning toy with Peppa pig, george pig and other characters from the show.

Learn with Peppa using this very colourful and simple tablet which has 6 activites from learning musical instruments to funny sounds and music.

The Smart Tablet allows your little one to learn skills such as colour, letter and number recognition, communication and listening (where was this when Pops was a toddler!)

This toy is recommended for 2 years and up and requires 3 x AAA batteries which are not included. (I thought you may need to know this to make sure you’re socked up on them)

What makes the Smart Tablet one of the best peppa pig toys for 2 year olds?

This toy is so simple but effective. It has enough bells and whistles to keep your little one entertained but it isn’t small, fiddly or come in loads of pieces that you have to keep together. It has more than just Peppa on it and although it’s bright and colourful it is very unisex. If you have an older child who has a real tablet like I do then it’s a great way to get the little one feeling like their big brother/ sister.

Peppa’s Laugh & Learn Alphaphonics –

peppa pig toys for 2 year olds . Bright colourful learning toy with Peppa pig, george pig and other characters from the show.

With 7 activities this toy is designed to help your little one with early letter & word recognition, Listening and understanding and memory and concentration.

Very colourful and little hand friendly with its handles on each side.

This one is recommended for 3 years and up and also requires 3 x AAA batteries which are not included.

What makes the Laugh & Learn Alphaphonics one of the best peppa pig toys for 2 year olds?

Although it’s aimed at 3+ I found R got on really well with this toy. Like the Smart Tablet it’s unisex while still keeping with the colour and also includes other characters like Mummy Pig as a Queen and Daddy Pig as a King. This one also features a big George Pig so great if your little one is a George fan.

The activities were a little more complex compared to the tablet but the sounds and music held R’s attention and it’s a toy I can see her growing with. Even though she can’t do the activities and say the words it’s all going in still.

Where to buy –

Would I recommend these peppa pig toys for 2 year olds?

Yes. I’m not sure you would need both together at the same time though so it would depend on what you think your child would prefer and get on with better. I love that the Alphaphonics one has handles because R loves carrying things around plus you can attach it to the pram so it can’t be chucked out but then the tablet makes R feel just like her sister (for a minute until she realises it’s not really the same).

Oh and both of the toys have volume control!

We are also giving away a Peppa Pig count with Peppa toy (linked below if you want to see more about it) all you have to do is follow us on Instagram and enter using the entry methods below.

I’d describe peppa as a proper little madam!! She always strives to get what she wants and usually gets it! Very much like my little lady around her daddy anyway!!

I think Peppa is fun, cheeky and bossy. She talks too much like me. George is more like my little boy, the poor thing!

Peppa, as lovely as she is, is a little bit of a diva, forever jumping in muddy puddles with no regards for the mess she makes! Peppa is a great friend with lots of friends and a devoted sister to George who she loves to boss around…Overall, Peppa is one of the best pigs i know 😀

Peppa is hilarious with her words at time like when she visits her grandparents and her grandfather shows her the attic. Peppa asks What’s an attic? and Grandpa Pig says It’s where we keep all our old things. Peppa says Like YOU Grandpa? lol
