I’m still going strong and feeling really positive about it all.
Yesterday I had my 4th weigh in and although I didn’t get the 1 stone which I had hoped for after the first two weeks I got so much more (so to speak).
WEEK THREE WEIGH IN – 2 lbs
WEEK FOUR WEIGH IN – 1.5 lbs
Honestly I was SHOCKED at those results. We had family down and Pops birthday for week one which meant meals out and party food. Week two I fell off the wagon for the majority of the weekend (BADLY) but managed to pull it back from monday… which is good but makes me wonder how well I would have done without the endless emotional eating!
The past two weeks have made me really think about how well I’m doing and how you can still have the odd treat and lose weight. I didn’t enjoy the binge and have learnt that it’s TOTALLY not worth it.
Although my stone award would have been pretty nice this week I was so happy to receive SLIMMER OF THE MONTH. Is it sad that I love the awards?
I’m ready for this week. A shop full of free foods/snacks (and a few treats) has been done and I WILL get my stone award.
I’d love some more ‘free’ veggie meal and snack ideas, leave me them in the comments or on social media.
