Weight loss Wednesday – Week six. 

I missed last week because even though I had lost 1lb I just didn’t feel like I was on the right track.

 

I had a long talk (with myself) and decided it’s all or nothing and for the past week I’ve watched what I’ve been eating really well and trying to move more. Sounds simple doesn’t it.

I’m going to start weighing myself on Fridays but talking about it still on a Wednesday because I’m still allowing myself to have a few treats on the weekend so at least I have the week to balance myself out – if that makes sense.

    You have to think about it like this though – 1lb a week is 52lbs a year.

    Well done! I like to weight myself towards the end of the week too as saying I’m not going to have any treats at the weekend just isn’t realistic!

    every pound counts – but so does your enjoyment of food – a little treat does not hurt occasionally
