Weight loss Wednesday – Week Three.

Nothing to report this week, I’m currently on a coach heading home after a week at my Dads house in London so I’ve not has a chance to weigh in. 

Honestly, it will be a massive gain so I’m pretty happy about that… at least it gives me a week to sort myself out.

    Thats a great way of looking at weight loss find another way to reward yourself such as a trip to the pictures
