Weight loss Wednesday – Week two. 

LOSS- 0.3lb

The past week was very much up and down, I started the week determined to make this work and as the week went on it got harder to make the ‘diet’ stick. 

My mum visited and not only does that mean bad eating it means stress eating (🙈) PLUS – we went to a Halloween party and I ate a billion brownies.

I still managed a loss and that’s great, I think it goes to show how well it would have turned out if I kept it up all week so it makes me excited to get back at it this week and see better results.

    I’m good at the stress eating too, its really messed with my losses of recent so I totally sympathise.

    Well done – despite the “Halloween brownie attack” – it was Tiramisu that got me ! Let’s both knuckle down and report a good loss next week – all the best 🙂

    Well done on your loss! I am totally jealous of the brownies, I had to endure trick or treating without any of the treats this year… which was easier than expected but by gosh how I craved some Haribo!
