    I’ve been trying to eat more vegetables as a good example for my son. I’m not a fan of them so have been making soups, stews and “hiding” them in our usual meals like spag bol.

    My New Year’s resolutions this year are to make the most of every minute! Last year brought quite a few things into perspective for me, and I now value so much every single second of the day I get to spend with my girls, so my resolution is to make so many memories with them every day!
